Blessing of the Backpacks

On Wednesday 31 January and Friday 2 February, the Meadow Springs and Halls Head students joined together at their separate campuses as School Chaplain, Canon James Tabor, led a Blessing of the Backpacks Service.
This annual service at the start of Term 1 each year, provides a chance to start the year with a reminder that "Jesus is with me", as the students receive a prayer for their daily school activities such as preparing for each day, eating a healthy breakfast to start the day, and making their way to school.
It was a lovely service for all students and staff involved. Thank you Canon Tabor!
