It was our last week of Parliament for June and after a busy couple of weeks of speeches, meetings with Ministers, Acting Speaker duties in the chamber and being part of the Education, Healrh Standing Committee.
The most important and favourite part of my job is to host school students from my electorate. This week was Frederick Irwin Anglican School - Halls Head Grade 6, Leadership Group.
What a wonderful group of young people, listening to their goals in life and concerns for the community- reassures me we will be well looked after into the decades.
